Nova Scotia Transit Research Incentive Program

The Nova Scotia Transit Research Incentive Program (NS-TRIP) provides funding to help assess the need for and develop transit services in rural areas and underserviced urban areas. The program provides cost sharing at various funding levels depending on the scope of the project.

NS-TRIP provides funding for transit projects that generate new and improved public transit services in rural areas and underserviced urban areas. Projects need to be directly related to enhancing the service capacity of new or existing public transit organizations in Nova Scotia.
